The Ultimate Hybrid Laser Treatment for Glowing Skin
Next-Generation Laser Resurfacing. Minimal Downtime. Maximum Glow.At the Aesthetic Lounge by Dr. Maleki, we’re proud to offer the HALO laser by Sciton—the world’s first hybrid fractional laser. HALO uniquely combines both ablative and non-ablative wavelengths to target multiple layers of the skin in a single session, delivering dramatic skin rejuvenation with significantly less downtime than traditional lasers.

Benefits of HALO Treatment
HALO is ideal for patients seeking visible improvement in:
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Sun damage and pigmentation
- Acne scars and texture irregularities
- Enlarged pores
- Uneven skin tone
- Loss of radiance and elasticity
Whether you're dealing with early signs of aging or residual damage from sun exposure or acne, HALO works beneath the surface to renew and restore your skin—safely and effectively.

How HALO Works
HALO delivers two types of laser energy in a single treatment:
- Ablative wavelengths remove aged or damaged skin on the surface
- Non-ablative wavelengths heat the deeper layers to stimulate collagen and elastin production
This dual approach allows us to resurface the skin and boost regeneration simultaneously, leading to smoother texture, even tone, and a natural, radiant glow.
The HALO Experience
Your treatment begins with a detailed consultation to customize the laser depth and intensity for your skin type, goals, and downtime preferences.
To ensure your comfort, we apply a topical numbing cream for approximately 45 minutes before the procedure begins. Most HALO sessions take 30–45 minutes and are well-tolerated once the skin is numbed.
You may feel a warm, prickly sensation during the procedure—often described as a mild sunburn.
Immediately after treatment, we recommend applying the CO₂Lift Pro Carboxy Gel Mask for an immediate cooling effect and to accelerate healing and enhance your results. This advanced, medical-grade mask delivers carbon dioxide deep into the skin, stimulating oxygenation, reducing inflammation, and boosting hydration. It helps calm redness, soothe discomfort, and support the skin’s barrier function during the critical first 24–48 hours post-procedure.
By combining HALO with the CO₂Lift Pro mask, patients experience less downtime and often report faster recovery with a visibly smoother, more radiant glow.
Recovery & Results
HALO is known for its quick recovery compared to traditional resurfacing lasers.
✔︎ First 24 Hours: Redness and warmth; continue cold compresses as needed and apply our recommended healing serum.
✔︎ Days 2–5: Swelling may peak, especially under the eyes. Skin may appear bronzed or develop a “coffee ground” texture. We recommend using vinegar soaks to exfoliate the dead skin. Be sure to avoid sun exposure.
✔︎ Week 2 and Beyond: Continued improvement in tone and texture as collagen production increases.
Makeup may be worn after 24 hours, and most patients return to daily routines within a few days. Sun protection is critical for optimal healing and long-term results.
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
Treatment plans are fully customized. You may choose:
✔︎ A deeper HALO treatment for more dramatic results. (often performed at the same time as surgery)
✔︎ 3–4 lighter sessions spaced 6 weeks apart for gradual, buildable improvement
We recommend yearly maintenance treatments as part of a long-term skin health maintenance plan.
