His Most Popular Procedure
Dr. Maleki's most sought-after surgery is lower eyelid blepharoplasty combined with fat transfer. Over the years, he has become particularly well known for treating patients with complications from under-eye fillers, including persistent swelling, filler migration, and malar edema. Through this experience, he has developed a comprehensive approach to under-eye rejuvenation that focuses on restoring natural anatomy rather than masking age-related changes with additional filler. By combining lower blepharoplasty with meticulous fat transfer, Dr. Maleki is able to address eye bags, hollowness, and volume loss simultaneously, creating a smoother, more youthful transition between the lower eyelid and cheek. Patients travel from across Canada and internationally seeking his expertise in under-eye rejuvenation, particularly those looking for a permanent solution after years of unsuccessful filler treatments.
